This season was to be our last for both teams competing in the Dunbartonshire football development league and both sides went through the entire season losing only one game each. The first team was coached by Kevin Lavelle and Stevie Gillespie and they were able to strengthen the team by adding a couple of good new players to their squad and continued to develop and encourage the teams passing game .The north side was coached by Stephen Cluness and Alan Halliday and the players were attracting scouts from various clubs with robbie mitchell and hussain kaware being invited to train at murray park for 3 months and hussain went on to sign for rangers. The team had some good fortune when mark mcnaught was released by falkirk f.c and decided to come back to his old club and they nearly finished the season unbeaten but lost to local rivals antonine on the final game of the season. The season finished with both teams playing in some trial matches as the start of the following season would see the two sides merge together.
