The 2001's are very excited to announce that we are currently in the planning process of visiting Denmark in August 2012.
A local amateur team have agreed to host us and we are delighted that Fredensborg FBI have agreed to do so... For more information on Fredensborg please see their club website;

The 2001 coaches are keen to develop young players personal, social and football skills, we believe that in encouraging our players to learn to be good people while at the same time as passing on our knowledge of the game.
We want our young people to experience life changing events so that we can grow and develop the players, so that in years to come these young people will grow up to become effective contributors to society.

Drumchapel United 2001's are extremely happy to announce that we have made links with an amateur football club in Denmark callend Fredensborg FC.
The Danish cracks have kindly agreed to host the 2001's for a training camp in late July 2012 - this is a very exciting time for all involved with the club.
The Danish attitude to sport is fantastic - football is the national sport of choice over there however the Danish approach to sport is much more wider thinking and sportsmen and women are encouraged to master various sports.
The facility we will be visiting has football areas, tennis facilities, hockey, indoor sports areas, floodlit areas and much much more.
We hope that this is the beginning of a prosperous relationship with Fredensborg FC and we are delighted to work in partnership with the club.
