The Chip Chik Inn have a number of stores in Glasgow however it is the kind donation of the Fulton Street Branch that has seen Drumchapel United 21's kitted out for the past 3 season and our current strip (nike) is top of the range.

The shop near Anniesland offers the best fish and chips money can buy with friendly staff and regular customers. At tea time the shop is always full which says a lot for the standard of service and quality of food on offer.

The shop have proudly displayed a framed strip of the side for customers to see and have regular updates on the teams progress throughout the season. This is also sometimes displayed in the window.

We would recommend anyone to visit the shop.

Friendly hairdressing shop who kindly make a donation at the start of each season to see the club get up and running.

The staff are excellent at their jobs and can chat about anything as well as having their opinions on the football news. When getting your hair-cut here it can be like your very own sit in radio football phone-in.

Again we recommend you visit the shop for the banter, you can even get yourself chatting about Drumchapel United.

In season 2008/2009 we were lucky enough to be one of the 80 sides selected to participate in the first Lucozade Sport Performance League. We will be forever grateful to Lucozade for the experience that we gained in that single season.

As part of the package we were awarded a season load of lucozade and a brand new set of nike strips. There was also the opportunity to broadcast ourselves across the UK via the website link and also via Talk-Sport Radio.

We participated in all the challenges and sent in an excellent Steven Gerard Challenge video for 'Target Practice'. This was voted the best and Kearn Docherty and Chris Carlin enjoyed VIP treatment at Manchester United vs Tottenham Hotspur in which the hosts fought back from 2-0 down at half time to win 5-2.

After becoming the first winners of the league the team were treated to a match in Old Trafford against Oakwood AFC. A match that Drumchapel won 1-0 with a last minute goal from Douglas Shaw, after Frank Dyer played him in.

The side were then jetted off to Austria to participate in a pre-season training camp and put up in a top hotel that was linked with an Asian Spa. The players loved every minute of the trip.

Thanks to the Curryoke club in Glasgow for their kind donation of a free table for 10. This will be raffled off to raise club funds at the September 5th Casino Night.

Curry Karaoke is an excellent way to socialise with friends, colleagues with a fantastic meal followed by a good old karaoke sing-song.
